Herb chutneys. Fire-baked pizzas. Four slow hours.

Authentic Indian chutneys, and an open farm kitchen at the foothills of the Himalayas in Kiccha, Uttarakhand.

Step out of the hum and drum.

Outback Kitchen is a small farm kitchen in Kiccha, in Udham Singh Nagar district, where the plains of Uttarakhand begin to lift towards the Himalayas.

We make wholesome chutneys the way they are meant to be made: fresh herbs, honest ingredients, no shortcuts. And for a few hours a day, we open the kitchen to you.

  • Fresh herb chutneys, made in small batches
  • A 4-hour break on working farmland
  • An open kitchen where you make your own pizza

Each jar is built around herbs, with spice and sourness kept in balance. Eat them with pizza, parathas, snacks, or straight off the spoon.
